Progress Update: This 1976 FJ40 received a RMC Silver Restoration along with bodywork and paint. Had new steel panels have been installed and paint. This project was completed. 03/25/2007.

Parts Replaced

High quality front turn signals and tail lights, front bumper, front side emblems, rear reflectors, dash pad, recovered front seats, recovered jump seats, fan belts, heater hoses, oil and oil filter, spark plugs, cap, rotor, wires, air and fuel filters, shocks, spring bushings, front axle seals (inner and outer), and knuckle seals.

Services Performed

Coolant system flushed and refilled, engine tuned to factory specs, valves adjusted, charging system tested, front wheel bearing packed and adjusted, front rear axle bearings checked and fluids replaced, transmission and transfer case inspected for smooth shifting and noise - fluids replaced, front and rear brake overhaul.
As always optional equipment such as roof racks, bush guards, grill guards, off-road lights, winches, etc. can be added for an additional cost.
