The Silver level Recondition is designed not only to get your Land Cruiser back on the road but to make sure that
it looks good on the road as well. Although not a frame off restoration, you can rest assured that the Silver level recondition will deliver a good looking a reliable truck. Starting at approximately $17,000.00 based on inspection.
Here is what we will deliver to you in the Silver level recondition package:
Engine & Power Train:
- Complete vehicle inspection.
- Major engine tune-up will be performed including a valve adjustment, replacement of all tune-up parts and an adjustment of the carburetor.
- Add BG44K to fuel system.
- Engine oil and filter change with BG MOA.
- Transmission Fluid Service with BG MGC and inspect for leaks.
- Transfer-Case Fluid Service with BG MGC and inspect for leaks.
- Front and rear Differential Service with BG MGC and inspect for leaks.
- The cooling system will be flushed and thermostat replaced.
- Replace fuel aid air filter.
- Issues identified during the inspection may be an additional charge.
Chassis:
- Reseal front knuckles, repack knuckles and wheel bearings, replace all necessary gaskets and seals.
- Lube and inspect the chassis, shocks, bushings, springs and shackles.
- Lube and inspect steering.
- Brake and Clutch Fluid Service and inspect for leaks.
- Brake Clean and adjust.
- Emergency brake adjustment.
- Inspect, Rotate and balance tires and wheels as needed.
- Issues identified during the inspection may be an additional charge.
Body:
- Disassemble body, remove all interior components.
- Inspect for rust (Issues identified during the inspection will be an additional charge).
- Repair rock chips and surface damage.
- Sand and prep the entire body inside and out, including engine compartment and undercarriage.
- All the emblems, and exterior trim and weather strip will be replaced or refurbished.
- The seats will be recovered, the headliner replaced and new seat belts installed.
- A mat or carpet kit along with all the necessary weatherstrip and rubber molding will be replaced.
- A new windshield will be installed.
Electrical:
- Inspect electrical system.
- Perform a Battery Service
- Inspect windshield wiper and washer system, fill fluid and replace the wiper blades.
- Inspect and replace fuses as needed. (Labor included, fuses are an extra charge)
- Headlights, turn signals and other exterior and interior lighting will be refurbished or replaced when necessary. (labor included, parts,
- fuses, switches and bulbs are an extra charge)
- Issues identified during the inspection may be an additional charge.

In the end our vehicles are test driven to ensure everything is in working order.
The Silver restoration process encompasses a 1 to 2 month period.
