Each ARB Bull Bar originates from premium, cold rolled sheet steel. Computer controlled laser cutting equipment, mandrel bending machines and MIG welders are used to shape the materials into a structurally sound shell. Additional reinforcements are added, as are steel uprights and cross bars on deluxe models – or a large centre tube on Sahara models – which further improves overall integrity.
