The FJ40 frames arhand assembled using Q&T 100 steel. Utilizing full box constructon, the sides of each frame rail are CNC'd from 3/16 Q&T 100 while the top and bottom pieces are 1/4 x 2 steel. We have included the popular Saginaw steerig set-up in the design along with shackle reversal on the front.
