Order/Return Policy:
1. No returns on Electrical Parts, books, manuals, used, or installed parts.
2. No returns on special orders.
3. All returns subject to 20% rehandling fee.
Damaged or Shorted Return Policy:
Damaged merchandise and/or shortages must be reported to Rocky Mountain Cruisers immediately.
All orders shipped are fully insured. When a order leaves our shipping department the the carrier is then responsible for the shipment. If damage occurs during shipment it is the customers responsibility to handle the damage merchandise in the following manner.

Shipping

Most of our shipping is done through UPS. These shipments can normally take anywhere from 2-10 business, depending upon the item(s) shipped.
UPS Shipments:
1. If there is visible damage to box or package be sure to note the damage with the delivery person before they leave your location.
2. Call your local UPS office immediately to report the damage or loss.
3. UPS will then instruct you on how to proceed.
Be sure to retain all shipping containers and all packing material for UPS inspection. Only after carrier has been made aware of the damage claim, then contact Rocky Mountain Cruisers to report what item was damaged or shorted. Only after these steps have been taken can Rocky Mountain Cruisers help you with your damaged claim.
Truck Shipments:
If you receive a truck shipment with a damage or shortage have the truck driver note damage and sign truck delivery bill at the time of delivery. Call carrier to report claim immediately. Retain all copies of bill of lading and invoice.
